Biography:Free Spirited. That was the one word that everyone used to describe Flora. She was whimsical, lovely, beautiful. But most of all, free spirited. From an early age, Flora was dreaming of traveling the world. All she wanted to do was go to Paris, Madrid, and all of the other wonderful places that she had read about in the magazines. While the girls her age were dreaming of getting married and settling down, Flora wanted to live. She had no intentions of dedicating herself to anyone, thank you very much. Rather than living the ‘American Dream,’ Flora decided to travel the world and make a difference. She wanted to protest for woman’s rights, and she was ready to follow her cause wherever she went. 

So she did exactly that. Working odd jobs or temporary positions, Flora managed to work her away around the United States and eventually to Europe. She met new people, learned amazing new things, and saw things that none of her peers would ever see or experience. The drugs, the music, the movements. It was unlike anything else, and Flora had been there to experiences it all. Things changed quickly for the young adventurer though after a pregnancy test came up positive. 

All of her life she had spent defending women’s rights. Equality, freedom, independence. Those were the things she fought for, and now she was pregnant. That would mean having to stay home with a baby, and leading a life that she never intended to have. However, she’s unsure whether or not she’ll be able to terminate the pregnancy. Conflicted and confused, Flora returned to her hometown to figure things out. There, she would be with close high school friends and familiar territory. There, she could work this out.

Important People: Jill Jusina is her best friend who she has known since grade school. They are extremely close. Eric Knott is her ex boyfriend. They dated for three years in high school, and she lost her virginity to him. They both still love each other very much, but the circumstances were never right for them to be together. Nathan Scott is her step-brother, but they were never very close.
